Fashion Week DFW will unveil its branded monthly event "Fashion Fridays" on July 6th at Glass Lounge located near Downtown Dallas with one of America’s Next Top Models. Come see the latest designs from Esque by Leslie Pennel and BARRON & J by James B. Martinez. The purpose of "Fashion Fridays" is to showcase some of the designers, models and make-up artists that will be participating in the main event next year.
Fashion Week DFW is also working on its kickoff event "FORE Fashion Charity Golf Classic" to be held at Brookhaven Country Club on Monday, July 30th. This all inclusive event will consist of breakfast, golf, lunch, fashion show, designer showcases and after pool party.
Inspired by Fashion Week New York and other fashion centers, Fashion Week DFW has emerged to showcase the talents and collections from the DFW Metroplex along with several national and international designers. "The goal of Fashion Week DFW is to become an integral parts of the DFW Fashion Community, supporting its eclectic sense of identity and the diversity along with showcasing these talents to the world," says Mr. Moses
Specific plans for this exciting week-long fashion extravaganza are currently being finalized, but here is a brief overview of what to expect daily:
10am – 2pm: Educational seminars directed towards fashion industry professionals.
10am – 6pm: Daily runway shows, trunk shows, retail happy hours, retail/restaurant discounts and specials throughout the DFW Metroplex
7pm – 9pm: Fashion Week DFW official Runways featuring emerging and established designers and entertainment
